Q How much do you charge to put us on your website?
A It costs absolutely nothing for us to market your property!
Q How much commission do you charge for a booking?
A We charge the standard industry commission rate of 8% plus VAT for successful clients who book your venue through Easy Conferences.
Q Can we write our own description and provide photo’s?
A Yes, you can supply your own description and up to 10 photographs that will appear on your profile. Alternatively, we can copy the text/photo's from your website.
Q How do you invoice for your commission?
A We will invoice you after the event has taken place at the end of the month.
