Q What do you mean by a ‘FREE’ service?

A Easy Conferencing is paid commission by the venues advertised on our site.

Q Does that mean venue rates are higher?
A Not at all. The venue rates quoted to you will be the same as or less than if you booked it yourself.

Q Am I obliged to make a booking if I enquire through you?
A No. You are not obliged to make any booking.

Q Can I view any of the venues before I book?
A Of course you can. Just let us know and we will contact the venues, arrange a convenient time for you to visit them and send you a schedule of your visits.

Q What do I do if I decide to go ahead with the booking?
A If you would like to book a venue, you will need to contact us to confirm the booking. We will make the arrangements and the venue will contact you.
