Advice on planning a conference cont'd.

Format

Consider how lighting may affect projection screens and writing notes, whether the speaker(s) or screen(s) are visible for all delegates, that there are no obstructions to the delegate’s view, and there are no noise distractions e.g. traffic.
Ideal for larger conferences:
• Classroom Style – seated around tables
• Theatre Style – seated in rows
Ideal for smaller meetings:
• Cabaret Style – seated at a round table all facing the front (U shape)
• Boardroom Style – seated around a table all facing each other.

Equipment

This can range from flip charts and stationery to sophisticated projection equipment. We can arrange whatever equipment requirements you may have and it need not cost a great deal.
