- Issuing a complete proposal consisting of the venue details, price breakdown and room details.
- If required, provide details of catering and accommodation.
- Confirm the booking details and requirements with the venue.
- Once it is confirmed, you will then be in direct contact with the venue nearer the time of your event to discuss more detailed arrangements such as menu breakdown, timings etc.
* Our service is FREE - we're paid by the venue.
Accommodation
We can help with your accommodation requirements, be it a hotel chain or a country house hotel. We have a wide range of options available to suit all requirements and budgets. We have built up good relationships with these venues to allow you to get the best possible accommodation rates.
Catering
We can provide catering to suit your requirements whether it is tea and coffee for a small meeting or a seated menu for 200.
